					<description>They will - simply install the game,patch to 1.3, then copy the install directory to another location.  After that you can apply 1.4, which will only affect the original, not the copied folder.</description>

					<description>You might not want to upgrade if you don't want to break mod support for v1.3 mods that you play.  In those cases I would recommend trying to keep two seperate installs on your PC, if the registry checks will let you.</description>
