Buggo’s posted that the next patch for Company of Heroes/Opposing Fronts is inbound in a short while. 11am Pacific time (GMT -8) today. So about 60 minutes after I post this.

Update: Apparently the patch release was a fairly major disaster. THQ and Relic apparently have it back in testing to resolve the issues. I’ll let you know when I hear/see more about the cause and eventual fix. Very disappointing!

I know I normally don’t do reviews for Relicnews. However a company named Sumo Lounge asked us if we were interested in reviewing their Omni beanbag. After some quick debating, I volunteered to review it. So I used the beanbag for a week and included it in my daily entertainment activities such as playing my 360 (in Relic style, I did play the Outfit), DS, and watching TV while drinking mead.

Currently on Steam, COH and OF are being offered in a bundle for 50 US dollars for this weekend only. Totally worth it since I spent one hundred total on the COH Collector’s Edition and Opposing Fronts.

A look at the US Patent Office reveals that Homeworld IP was transferred from Sierra to THQ a while ago. There was a change of attorneys as shown on the documents list found here . Click on “TEAS Revoke Appointed Attorney” to look the document.

Certainly a long time coming. Though it was unofficially hinted, we’re glad to see THQ officially acknowledges this.
