Sierra is scheduled to shutdown their a number of their game servers. Included on this list is Homeworld and Homeworld:Cataclysm.

The higher-ups here heard about this and are trying to get in touch with Vivendi. We’d definitely love to keep the servers running but we can’t make any guarantees of course.

that is most distressing. I love playing Homeworld on the go with my laptop, that just can’t handle newer games. Besides that, I just plain prefer homeworld to newer games.
