Look left. There’s a picture. I’m the one imitating someone with a camera. Yes, I was slightly drunk. No, I didn’t think I was holding an actual camera.
I’m 18, at university studying first year computer science, and enjoying student life very, very much 
Basically, I’m a computer/gaming geek who also reads books, writes fiction and draws. Unfortunately, I’m also really lazy (and lack a scanner) so none of my work ever makes it onto the forums.
I used to swim a stupid amount, but it was too much like hard work. I now play water polo instead; it’s much more relaxing.
I’ve got two sisters and a brother, and the biggest reason for me going to university in Birmingham (I’m from Leeds, West Yorkshire) is to get away from my brother. Seriously. Those of you with younger brothers will sympathise with me completely.

I got into university. Pretty decent achivement, I thought.
Not much else, apart from crossing the threshold between being a 16 year old teenager and a 16 year old geek. Ah, I remember that day well.

How is water polo more relaxing? I find it utterly exhausting, but insanely fun. Then again, you probably don’t spend most of the match in a fight with your friend.

Before I was goalie, I was whole-set becuase I’m lefty and nobody expects a scrawny lefty whole-set to be able to grapple, maintain eggbeater, and still get off a back hand.
I’ve gotten in three backhands in a row because of that.
It’s fun, but you end up dead…

My pic is from the London meet up. We should do it again some time, since a fair bit of the BW crew seem to be in the UK.
And water polo is definitely good for blowing off steam, playing regularly is probably why I’m so calm in most other aspects of my life.
